We’re not about just sourcing you candidates. Of course, we will fill your roles through a mixture of direct sourcing and working with agencies, but what we do is much more about the overarching strategy and process to your recruitment. We educate you on building an effective process in a tricky market. We save you time by managing a large amount the process on your behalf, such as liaising with recruitment agencies, building the hiring campaigns, and performing shortlisting and 1st stage interviews. We save you money as you won’t have to rely on agency hiring as much, and when you do have to use agencies you will get significantly discounted fees through our sister company, Corriculo.

Smaller companies don’t have the in-house resources and aren’t at the level where they can hire an in-house resource – this means recruitment falls to someone who doesn’t want to do it and doesn’t have time to do it. Also because they don’t have an in-house resource they have to rely on agency hiring which is expensive. They don’t have the in-house knowledge on how to build a strong process for candidate experience so aren’t competitive with the larger companies in the market, when it’s already difficult for the best companies to secure strong technical talent.

TOTUS was set up to fill a gap in the market for small companies who didn’t have access to the same services as the large companies. RPO is generally reserved for the enterprise level companies who hire on mass. However, we felt that smaller companies who weren’t able to hire someone in-house to manage their recruitment missed out from having a service to outsource this to. So they were left to muddle along trying to figure it out for themselves, relying on agencies which is an expensive and often frustrating process.
